TefinaPK研究的目的是通过在健康女性身上进行Tefina不同剂量的研究，测定血液中睾丸酮含量，为Tefina安全性提供相关数据。

研究显示血管内睾丸酮的评价含量在24小时内都保持在正常水平。而且研究中所有的女性在服用Tefina24小时后，体内睾丸酮含量都达到了正常水平。

Trimel公司计划开展结合Tefina II期性冷淡的研究
