Sci Rep:使用Ag包裹药物可增强药物的抗菌活性

目前存在很多基于聚合物、生物材料和氧化物的药物持续释放的基质。据我们所知,目前还未有使用金属家族作为持续释放药物的基质。本研究中,研究人员研发了一种新的生物复合材料,即将镇痛药物包裹在金属银中,用于缓释药物。研究人员制备了布洛芬@Ag、萘普生@Ag、曲马多@Ag和布比卡因@Ag复合材料。研究人员还提供了金属内药物释放的详细动力学分析,表明金属确实可以作为药物释放的储存库。此外,研究人员还探究了Ag

研究人员制备了布洛芬@Ag、萘普生@Ag、曲马多@Ag和布比卡因@Ag复合材料。研究人员还提供了金属内药物释放的详细动力学分析,表明金属确实可以作为药物释放的储存库。此外,研究人员还探究了Ag是否可以不仅作为药物释放源,还可作为抗菌剂使用。

结果发现,Ag内包裹镇痛剂明显增强了对野生型绿脓假单胞菌生长活性的抑制,远超单独使用药物的效果。

总之,该研究结果表明,使用Ag包裹药物为伤口愈合时抗菌的使用开辟了新的道路。
