奥斯古德-结节骨软骨病膝盖疼痛

奥斯古德-结节骨软骨病通常发生在早期青春期生长突增的10至15岁期间，特别是在参与体育运动的儿童中，包括跑步和跳远。多数病例接受支持治疗。

患者为一名13岁男孩，因膝盖疼痛一周而到整形外科诊所就诊。他积极参加体育运动，并在6个月前参加了跳远比赛。没有具体的外伤、发烧或其他关节症状。

右膝检查显示胫骨结节有轻度软组织肿胀和压痛，右侧股四头肌绷紧。左膝正常。根据患者参与跳远的病史，进行两膝平片检查，以排除撕脱骨折，显示右膝两侧胫骨结节硬化和碎裂，右膝软组织肿胀（如箭头所示）。这些特征可以得出奥斯古德-结节骨软骨病的诊断，或胫骨结节骨软骨病，是由于胫骨结节附着的髌腱重复牵引造成的。



奥斯古德-结节骨软骨病通常发生在早期青春期生长突增的10至15岁期间，特别是在参与体育运动的儿童中，包括跑步和跳远。多数病例接受支持治疗。

该病人接受了冰疗和非甾体抗炎药治疗，并为股四头肌和腘绳肌提供伸展和加强锻炼的指导。在3周后的一次随访中，病人疼痛减轻，但是他选择不再参加跳远。
