乳腺癌是中国女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,且患病率增长迅速。乳腺癌的治疗是以手术、放射治疗、化疗、内分泌治疗、生物治疗等多学科协作的综合治疗。随着循证证据的积累,乳腺癌的治疗理念和方法也逐渐更新,新辅助化疗的应用越来越广泛。2020年5月,欧洲肿瘤内科学会发布了第4版《年轻女性乳腺癌国际共识指南》(BCY4),笔者对BCY4中乳腺癌诊断、治疗及随访等内容的更新要点进行解读,以飨读者。
