上海新冠感染者累计近10000例！交大、复旦紧急招募医学生志愿者，奔赴抗疫一线

昨日（3月26日），上海举行第134场新冠肺炎疫情防控工作新闻发布会。会上，市卫健委主任邬惊雷通报，3月25日，上海市新增38例新冠肺炎本土确诊病例和2231例本土无症状感染者。

3月以来至25日，上海累计阳性感染者9837例。连续几日，全市每日新增感染者超千人，数量居高不下，“拐点”仍未出现。

此轮疫情，是上海疫情防控常态化以来，形势最为严峻和复杂的一次。全市范围内，核酸检测需求量大幅攀升。一周前，上海市教委紧急通知，招募大学生作为PCR检测志愿者。

这是一场“分秒必争”的集结，接到招募志愿者的通知后，上海多个大学医学院积极响应市教委号召。

上海交通大学医学院发布通告后，短短3小时内就有近300人报名，其中不乏本科生、研究生、博士后，以及青年教师；17日凌晨一点半，上海科技大学发布志愿者招募令，仅几分钟就收到10余份报名表，不到一天的时间便收集到227份，数量持续增长；同济大学于3月18日凌晨接到通知后，短短数小时内，就有来自医学院、生命科学与技术学院、口腔医学院的420余名大学生积极报名......

相同的情况，亦发生在很多学校内。

19日，上海交大医学院派出首批志愿者，由20人组成的核酸检测工作队伍连夜出发，应援进驻位于宝山区的上海兰卫医学检验所，开启紧张、忙碌而又充满挑战的核酸检测工作。

同一时间，来自复旦大学上海医学院的近70名检测志愿者也整装出发，入驻检测点，开展核酸检测。

事实上，自疫情爆发以来，医学生紧急集结、奔赴抗疫一线的事情并不罕见。

内蒙古疫情严重之时，不到两个小时的时间，内蒙古医科大学两个校区召集疫情防控志愿者408人，储备志愿者1078人，组成千人学生军，前往战疫前线。一封封按着鲜红手指印的“请战书”，传递着青年学子们抗击疫情的决心和信心。

在佩服他们的胆识，歌颂他们的勇气的同时，更多人担忧的是这些学生志愿者的健康与安危。

此前，在甘肃天水疫情中，3名志愿参加核酸检测的学生被确诊感染新冠。不禁有人怀疑，医学生也不过是学生，让孩子们上一线采样，是正确的决定吗？

观察天水疫情中感染的医学生情况，会发现问题出在两点。第一，这些学生仅17岁，还处于最基础的医学学习阶段，更没有经历过临床的历练；第二，岗前培训不够正规，根据流调信息发现，对学生的培训时间还不到5小时。

所谓吃一堑长一智，相同的情况不应再次发生。

考虑到以上两点，这次上海在招募医学生志愿者的过程中，以基础医学院研究生为主体，这个群体不仅有较为丰富的医学知识基础，还具备了一定的临床实践经验，而其他学生则纳入后备军。

同时，为保证核酸检测的安全开展，医学院也紧急启动志愿者的线上培训，全面教授防护知识，并为他们提供防护物资。

正如交大2018级临床医学专业戴同学在报名表中所写：“大学期间学会了扎实的核酸检测技术，现在有机会施展专业技能，为上海的疫情防控尽自己的绵薄之力，我感到尤为自豪！”

集结医学生志愿者的背后，体现的是此轮上海疫情形势的严峻以及医护人手的吃紧。

张文宏在上海疫情新闻发布会上承认，最近几天医院隔离进来的确诊病例和无症状感染者越来越多，这意味着目前阳性新增对于整个医疗体系造成了压力。“其实关心阳性感染者多或者少，最终关心的是这个疾病是不是对我们造成非常大的威胁，其中一个很重要的一点，就是医疗资源是不是受到挤兑。这正是我们所面对的风险。”

接近万人的感染者，封控、筛查区域的扩大，每日百万人次的核酸检测，对医护人员和广大社会工作而言，压力是巨大的。

每天凌晨4:45的闹钟，每人每天采样1200人次，没时间上厕所和吃饭......抗疫期间，有护士连轴转36小时，连吃饭休息的时间都没有。“大白”并非铜头铁臂，他们也会疲惫。

为缓解全市核酸检测的压力，上海于26日起开展核酸检测与抗原检测相结合的方式，根据“切块式、网格化”要求，按重点区域与非重点区域划分，对全市各个街镇根据不同风险，采取差别化筛查处置。

具体操作为：对重点区域实施全域严格封控管理，落实人员居家隔离或待在单位不外出，开展1次核酸检测；在非重点区域利用抗原检测速度快的特点，有组织地开展1次抗原检测，如抗原检测结果异常，立即予以固定，进行核酸检测复查。

梅斯采访了家住普陀区的徐女士，目前她家被划为非重点区域。26日下午，徐女士收到了社区发放的抗原检测包，她告诉梅斯，之前在国外的时候，她曾用过抗原自测包，但这是回国后第一次使用，根着教程来操作还是挺容易的，就是捅完后鼻子很“酸爽”。“5min不到吧，抗原检测结果很快就出来了，一条杠就代表阴性，还是很方便的。”

抗原自测包更加快速便捷，作为初筛的方法，可以及时发现社会面的隐匿感染者。相比全员核酸检测，抗原与核酸相结合的排查方式，从一定程度上缓解了医护压力。当然，也带来了一些挑战，比如更加考验居民的自觉性与城市的管理力。

疫情期间，医疗的压力不止源于新冠，如何保证居民其他疾病的正常就医，也是需要思考的问题。

昨日，邬惊雷主任就此事进行回应。他强调，要根据综合研判医疗机构的疫情风险，科学精准地提出疫情封控建议，精准划定封控范围，按规范开展环境消杀后立即开诊，对急诊、发热门诊、透析室、手术室、重症监护室、孕妇分娩室等，“非必要不封控”，建立健全备用区域应急预案，设立缓冲病房和缓冲区域。

同时，加强对封控区居民的医疗保障，医疗机构要做好与地区对接，提供绿色通道，严格落实首诊负责制和急危重症患者抢救制度，确保急危重症患者得到及时救治，特别是三级综合医院、儿童专科医院的急诊、发热门诊等不得随意停诊，做好各种人员的个人防护和资源调配，确保服务不中断。

之前，张文宏形容此轮新冠疫情为“倒春寒”，但倒春寒之后，气温便会回暖，春天必将到来。正如他于25日在上海疫情发布会上所述，“这不是今天一场战役能结束的，而是需要比较长的时间、足够的耐心、比较多的勇气，更多需要智慧，我们才能战胜。”

最后，借用上海交大医学院某老师在朋友圈对医学志愿者的寄语来结尾，他写道，“犹闻令而动，一夜成军。召必应，有担当！交医学子，为你们骄傲！为你们点赞！祝早日凯旋！”上海加油！
