广西提高居民医保补助标准

西壮族自治区人力资源和社会保障厅、财政厅、教育厅联合印发《关于做好2018年城乡居民基本医疗保险有关工作的通知》明确，2018年城乡居民医保各级财政人均补助标准在2017年的基础上新增40元，平均每人每年达到490元。

近日，广西壮族自治区人力资源和社会保障厅、财政厅、教育厅联合印发《关于做好2018年城乡居民基本医疗保险有关工作的通知》明确，2018年城乡居民医保各级财政人均补助标准在2017年的基础上新增40元，平均每人每年达到490元。

《通知》规定，城乡居民医保财政补助资金实行分级负担，中央财政补助356元/人，自治区财政补助134元/人。自治区直属高校大学生参加属地城乡居民医保的，地方财政补助标准134元/人，全部由自治区财政负担。2019年度城乡居民医保个人缴费，按照每人不低于220元的标准缴纳。

《通知》提出，参保方式按照属地管理原则，农村居民以行政村为单位按户进行参保登记；城镇居民以所在街道社区为单位进行参保登记；广西区域内各类全日制高等院校、科研院所、中等技术职业学校、技工学校、中小学校、特殊教育学校在校学生和托幼机构在册儿童以学校为单位，在学校所在地参加城乡居民医保。
