JAHA：血压＜130/80mmHg的糖尿病患者心血管结局更差

对有心血管危险因素的糖尿病患者的理想血压管理尚存在争议。本研究纳入了EXAMINE临床研究中的5380名2型糖尿病伴近期冠心病患者。根据美国心脏病学会的2015年指南和2017年美国糖尿病学会指南，收缩压在131-140mmHg，舒张压在81-90mmHg是被推荐的理想血压。血压与心血管发表风险呈U型相关。与理想血压相比，收缩压＜130mmHg或/和收缩压＜80mmHg可以明显增加患者主要心血管不
