关于印发新型冠状病毒感染相关ICD代码的通知及解读

新型冠状病毒感染相关ICD代码

一、在ICD-11代码中增加紧急代码“RA01.0”，代表2019冠状病毒病。

二、在ICD-10代码中增加紧急代码情况见上表。

为规范新型冠状病毒感染相关编码规则，明确统一的疾病代码，及时准确收集新型冠状病毒感染信息，我委会同国家医疗保障局组织制定了《新型冠状病毒感染相关ICD代码》，分别明确了ICD-11和ICD-10中新型冠状病毒感染相关的ICD代码，供各地在相关工作中使用。
