题目：EGFR突变的II-IIIA非小细胞肺癌的吉非替尼与吉西他掌握/铂类辅助治疗对比研究

该试验为广东省人民医院、广东省医学科学院、广东省肺癌研究所吴一龙教授牵头的中国多中心随机开放Ⅲ期试验，在EGFR活化突变的NSCLC病理分期Ⅱ-ⅢA(N1-N2)的患者中，对比吉非替尼与长春瑞滨+铂类辅助治疗。主要终点为DFS。次要终点为OS、3年、5年DFS率和5年OS率;不良反应;生活质量。预计纳入220人。预期初步完成时间2016年8月，预期研究结束时间2018年8月。

该试验为中山大学附属肿瘤医院王思愚教授牵头的试验，在EGFR突变的ⅡA-ⅢA NSCLC手术切除后患者，比较辅助化疗与辅助化疗后继予埃克替尼的结果。主要终点为DFS。次要终点为OS、不良反应、生活质量。预期纳入477例，预期初步完成时间2016年1月，预期研究结束时间2021年1月。
