剖宫产增加肥胖和糖尿病风险！JAMA子刊研究

近期，JAMA网络开放子刊上发表的一项来自美国的大规模前瞻性队列研究结果提示，与经阴道分娩的人相比，剖宫产儿成年后肥胖和出现2型糖尿病的风险均显著增加。

近期，JAMA网络开放子刊上发表的一项来自美国的大规模前瞻性队列研究结果提示，与经阴道分娩的人相比，剖宫产儿成年后肥胖和出现2型糖尿病的风险均显著增加。
 
多因素分析显示，剖宫产儿常年后肥胖的可能性比经阴道分娩者增加了11%，出现2型糖尿病的风险增加46%。
 
即便进一步校正体重指数后，剖宫产儿成年后出现2型糖尿病的风险仍增加34%。
 
即便剖宫产手术风险低，剖宫产儿成年后的2型糖尿病风险仍明显增加。
 
该研究一共纳入护士健康研究Ⅱ中的超过3.3万女士，平均年龄为34岁，剖宫产占3.3%。
 
一共随访1 91万人年后，36.6%的女士肥胖，6.1%诊断为2型糖尿病。
 
经剖宫产出生的女士中，肥胖以及被诊断为2型糖尿病的比例均更高。
