Alembic制药有限公司（Alembic）近日宣布，其不同剂量（7.5mg，15mg，22.5mg和40mg）替马西泮胶囊已获得美国食品和药物管理局（USFDA）的批准。

替马西泮为短效苯二氮卓类药物，用于治疗睡眠障碍，同时因替马西泮尚有较好的镇静及抗焦虑作用，故也用于焦虑症的治疗及手术前给药。其药理作用与地西泮相似，但半衰期较短，且在体内主要与葡萄糖醛酸结合而迅速消除，故日间嗜睡等延续效应较少发生。不过，替马西泮突然停药后要注意可能发生撤药症状：较多见的为睡眠困难，异常的激惹状态和神经质；较少见或罕见的有腹部或胃痉挛、精神错乱、惊厥、肌肉痉挛、恶心或呕吐、颤抖、异常的多汗。
