作者Melody Ding说:“近年来越来越多的证据表面,久坐有害身体健康;关于睡眠对健康的影响研究也越来越多;而我们的研究将两者结合;如果再加上缺乏锻炼,则是三重打击。研究表明我们应该严肃认真的审视这些生活习惯以及其他危险因素如饮酒和不健康的饮食等。”

悉尼大学的Dr Ding和同事对超过230,000参与者进行了健康行为的分析。他们关注重点在疾病和死亡相关危险因素的生活行为如吸烟、饮酒、不良饮食、不运动等,同时加入了久坐和睡眠过少/过多。研究者将这些危险因素进行不同组合,易识别对“英年早逝”影响最大的组合。

除了睡得多+坐的久+运动少以外,研究者发现吸烟+酗酒+睡得少(<7小时)同样会导致其英年早逝风险超过4倍!

其他导致风险超过2倍的组合有:运动少+睡的多、运动少+久坐、吸烟+酗酒。

Adrian Bauman说:“我们应该关注这些因素是如何一起对健康造成影响,而不是将其独立。这些非传染性疾病如心脏病、糖尿病、癌症,比传染性疾病更恐怖,导致更多死亡,目前全球超过3800万患者死于这些疾病。当我们很好的意识到危险因素组合对健康的威胁,就可以针对性的处理以改善日益增长的国际健康问题。”
